The 3D Open Puzzle is a modular construction toy designed for creative three-dimensional shape-building. The slot joint modules can be interconnected horizontally, vertically, or at a 45-degree angle, enabling endless possibilities for crafting unique structures.

The inspiration for this creation stemmed from the need to develop a distinctive 3-meter tall X-mas tree for a special community building event hosted by the Impact Hub Athens team at the Kypseli Municipal market. Each module maintains an aspect ratio of approximately 3:4, providing a harmonious design framework. During the development phase, various prototype scales were explored, featuring long side lengths of 3, 10, 30, and 40 centimeters. Ultimately, the 10 cm modules were released as a limited-edition item for the young and older friends of our team.
